YE2/YS aluminum shell motor characteristics overview

For general-purpose aluminum-shell motors, the rating shall be the maximum continuous rating and shall operate in accordance with the S1 operating system.

S1-Continuous operation: The motor runs at a constant load and is running for a period of time to achieve thermal stability.

S2-Short-time work: The motor runs at a given load for a given period of time. This time is not enough to achieve thermal stability, and then the power is turned off, and then the rotation is stopped for enough time to allow the motor to cool to ambient temperature.

At rated voltage and rated frequency, the ambient air temperature used does not exceed -15 ° ° C ~ 40 ° C

The height of the sea wave does not exceed 1000 meters. Insulation class F, the stator winding temperature rise is 80K. Shell protection: IP54, IP55, IP56.

Cooling method: IC411.

The motors produced by the company are all S1 working system. The outer casing protection is produced according to IP54 without special requirements.

    1. The Tmax of a three-phase motor is proportional to the square of the voltage, so it is sensitive to voltage fluctuations. Pay attention to voltage changes when using it.

    2. When working, the torque of the load must be TL<Tmax, otherwise the motor will stop or overheat and burn.
