1. High level and high performance: Cylindrical gears generally adopt carburizing and quenching, grinding teeth, and the bearing capacity is increased by more than 4 times. The volume is small, the weight is light, the noise is low, the efficiency is high, and the reliability is high;
2, building block combination design: the basic parameters use the priority number, the size specifications are neat, the parts are versatile and interchangeable, the series is easy to expand and the pattern is refurbished, which is conducive to organizing mass production and reducing costs;
3, the variety of types, variant design: get rid of the traditional single base installation, add hollow shaft suspension, floating support base, motor and reducer integrated connection, multi-directional mounting surface and other different types, expand the scope of use .
The main factors driving the increase of the speed reducer are:
1. The theoretical knowledge is becoming more and more perfect, and it is closer to reality (such as gear strength calculation method, shape modification technology, deformation calculation, optimization design method, root smooth transition, new structure, etc.);
2, the use of good materials, the general use of a variety of high-quality alloy steel forgings, material and heat treatment quality control level;
3. The structure design is more reasonable;
4. The processing accuracy is improved to ISO5-6 level;
5, bearing quality and life expectancy;
6. The quality of lubricating oil is improved.
Since the 1960s, China has developed JB1130-70 "cylindrical gear reducer" and other reducers (Figure 4)
A group of general-purpose reducer standards, in addition to the host factory's self-supporting use, also formed a number of professional manufacturers of reducers. There are hundreds of companies producing reducers nationwide, with an annual output of about 250,000 universal reducers, contributing to the development of China's mechanical products.
Most of the reducers of the 1960s were made with reference to the Soviet Union's technology in the 1940s and 1950s. Later, although they were developed, they were limited to the design, craftsmanship and equipment conditions at that time, and their overall level was far from the international level. .
Since the reform and opening up, China has introduced a number of advanced processing equipment, and gradually introduced the design and manufacturing technologies of various high-speed and low-speed heavy-duty gear devices through the introduction, digestion and absorption of foreign advanced technologies and scientific research. The material and heat treatment quality and gear machining accuracy are greatly improved. The manufacturing precision of general-purpose cylindrical gear can be improved from 8-9 of JB179-60 to 6 grade of GB10095-88. The manufacturing precision of high-speed gear can be stabilized at 4-5. level. After the partial reducer adopts the hard tooth surface, the volume and quality are obviously reduced, and the bearing capacity, service life and transmission efficiency are greatly improved, which plays a great role in energy saving and improving the overall level of the host.
The high-speed gear reduction (increasing) speed designed and manufactured by China has reached 42,000 kW, and the peripheral speed of the gear is above 150 m/s. However, the technical level of most of China's reducers is still not high, old products cannot be replaced immediately, and the transition between new and old products will take a long time.
